FOOD FOR LIFE - Food Sorting
Food for Life is the largest food rescue agency in the Region. Your team will help sort and pack GOOD, surplus food like fruits and vegetables to get ready to be shared with neighbours and other community agencies across Halton, Hamilton and beyond. Your efforts will be noted with the number of pounds of food your team has packed and sorted that day, along with the number of households that will benefit from your hard work.
Volunteer Requirements:
Closed-toed shoes are required for safety in the warehouse.
Dress comfortably in layers (pack/sorting room will be chilly)
